Exploring Life's Journey
Through the Prism of Jewishing

Third Year Added!

Rabbi Hanan has expanded his Wednesday evening class. It is now a Three-year exploration uncovering and discovering the essential wholeness of Jewish Being. Subjects this year will include:

  • 19th and 20th Century Jewish History
  • The History of Modern Israel
  • A History of anti-Semitism (films)
  • The Most Important 20th Century Jewish Thinkers
  • Textual study (Hebrew &/or English)
    (Aggadah, Midrash & Torah)
  • Music; Meditation, Art, Daven'n
  • New Jewish Paradigms in Post Shoah Era
  • Shabbos: Meaning & Practice
  • Jewish Films

Class begins November 1st through June '07 at 7:30-9pm at Rabbi Hanan's. Sign up by emailing adolam@adolam.org, or at the High Holydays. More information is available in the brochure or on the web. Sliding scale $5-10/class or limited worktrade available.
